Simple products are particularly recommended during pregnancy. When pregnant your skin becomes more sensitive and your sense of smell more developed, so look for products with no artificial perfumes or harsh chemicals
No alcohol is used in Simple skincare products.
Simple Kind To Skin Soothing Anti-perspirant contains alcohol as without this ingredient, it would not dry.
The term 'alcohol' means only that the ingredient has been distilled during its manufacture. Ingredients like 'Cetyl Alcohol' are not connected with the drinking beverage alcohol. However, this alcohol is used in cosmetic products but will be specifically listed as 'Alcohol', 'Alcohol Denat' or 'Ethyl Alcohol' on the product label.
Our products are examined at an independent testing house and the results are validated by an independent dermatologist to verify that they are safe to use.
Simple products are hypoallergenic because they have been tested via HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Test) by an independent testing house. That means Simple products are found to be non-sensitizing and non irritating.
Just like your skin, our planet has a delicate ecosystem that needs looking after, and we’re committed to being kinder to both. You’ll notice that we’ve done away with unnecessary leaflets, made many of our packs recyclable, and have started using recycled and biodegradable materials in our products and packaging. We’re not stopping there, though. There’s still a lot more to be done, and we’re determined to be as green as possible, so watch this space for more eco-friendly updates!
All of our skincare products are soap free.
We’ll help you find what you’re looking for.
